About Me

First off,  Thank you for visiting my site and giving me the opportunity to be part of your healing. 

My name is Margaret Verdugo, owner of UownU massage therapy LLC. Im a Tucson Native, a mother of 3 amazing young adults and a healthcare worker for over 16-years including medical, mental health and an advocate for those in need. I am truly grateful to be a part of this community and appreciate all the unique walks of life I have encountered.

I have chose to spend the second part of my life as a holistic healer in massage therapy. I graduated as a Licensed Massage Therapist from the Arizona School of Integrative Studies here in Tucson, AZ.  I completed an 800-hour program, I have been trained in Eastern and Western modalities including Swedish massage, myofascial release, deep tissue, neuromuscular therapy, sport rehab, Thai/Shiatsu, reflexology, prenatal, hot stone, hydro therapy, cupping, Gua Sha, Craniosacral and Reiki.

I have Certification in, Integrated full body cupping, Reiki, MLD (manual lymphatic drainage) and Chiropractor assistant

 Although we were hit with a pandemic in 2020, I was fortunate to receive an organized, individually structured training with hands-on experience. During my education, I completed over one-hundred hands-on practice massages. These massages included students and the public community, which gave me an opportunity to graduate with experience.
